On setting the minimum wage

In accordance with the provisions of parts (1) of Article 131 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV dated 28.03.2003 and Government Decree No. 846 dated 18.12.2024:

Starting from January 1, 2025, the minimum wage is:

✅ 32,54 lei per hour

✅ 5 500 lei per month

❗ Pay attention:
The minimum wage set by the Government,mandatory for all employers in accordance with the provisions of Article 131 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova.
