- Due to the peculiarities of Moldova’s legislation, the director is responsible for the company’s activities. If the company engages in any activities, an official salary must be paid to the director along with the corresponding taxes.
- The fee is paid to the director’s card and includes all taxes. Only the managing partner of the company can act as a nominal director.
